Flash Tuning?

Today I heard about something called flash tuning. From what I can gather it's a second rate cheap way to electronically tune your car, is this right?

No incorrect. A flash tune is a very legit tune. But with that said with you being over in the UK you cannot use American flash tunes, and we cannot use UK flash tunes the cars are set up differently.
