Ford Sync Issues

So guys, new member here thought I'd see if any of you had a solution to my rather annoying problem.

I've had my ST for about 5 months now and have had it paired to a Samsung Galaxy S5. Recently the connection between the phone and Ford Sync dropped and while I can still use the phone functions I can no longer play music from my phone. Everytime I hit the AUX button I get a message saying that the phone has been disconnected. Anyone know a solution.

I've already tried master resetting Ford Sync, turning my phone off, re-pairing the two, removing batteries etc etc.
