Ford Transit Courier Pads for ST?

AY11-2K021-CA is the factory pad that HardBoiledEgg took off of his Fist and what I received from RockAuto when I ordered BRF1494, AY1Z-2001-D pads. Apparently they fit the Ford Transit!

So are they the dusty, high initial grip pad the was fitted to most 2014 STs? Where do they fit in with the list of factory installed pads?

I know some of the ST brake parts were taken from the Transit van, but no idea on the pad compound.
