FS: Boomba Transmission adapter (shortens shift throws)

For sale is my Boomba Racing transmission adapter. Shortens shifter throws by about 20%. Easy install, definitely one of my favorite mods.

Is that piece made out of steel, or an aluminum alloy?

I ask because it seems like some of the used ones for sale on here appear to be rusting.

Dosen't boomba claim more like a 30% throw reduction for that, or is that only with their FULL short shift kit with the interior shift handle assembly and spacers/washers/etc.???

Its aluminum (I have the complete Ultimate shifting kit installed), but where it is located is easy to get very dirty, especially if you lube up the pin. The reduction is 20%, if you want more you need to add the shifting lever, but 20% is a good reduction to start.

I bought the other one that was posted up here that was very rusty and I took a sand blaster to it and put 3 coats of clear engine enamel on it and it looks newer than new
