GFB+ spring fail

Hi everybody!
Has anybody who upgrade diverter valve to GFB see something like this in the valve spring?
Running with stage 2 (about 1.55 bar peak) for 25k miles.
Thinking about buy turbosmart vr2 pb...

I'm pretty sure the spring was like that when I installed mine. It gives it a flat surface and more equal pressure distribution. Pretty rough but I don't think it's an issue.

I can confirm this. I have a brand new GFB DV+ that I need to install. I pulled it out of the box and the spring looks exactly like the picture above.
