Recently installed the gfb+ and getting turbo flutter is this normal? Cars standard other than a piper cross panel filter

Did you purchase the diverter valve from a reputable retailer?

I installed mine today -- no issues to report (yet). Did you oil the piston? That would be easy to overlook.
