I went to a local Discount Tire here and they actually had wheels and everything here in stock. I bought TPMS sensors off eBay for $45 dollars for all 4. Discount Tire was going to charge me $50 a piece for a generic sensors. Their computers have a setup that will tell you how close you are to stock height when changing rim size. The closest was a 195/60 R15. My salesman was a FoST driver that I know. I wanted to go with Blizzaks but he said as light as the FiST is that even cheaper tires would help keep it planted in the snow and ice. I got some GTR Champion Pro IcePro studdable tires for $60 a piece. The rims were just generic rims that I believe are meant for a regular Fiesta. The part number is 64254, 15 x 6 for $59 a piece. Life lifetime warranty and tire rotation, and no matter how much tread is left if it pops they'll replace it. So total I spent $624.40 after tax + $45 for the TPMS sensors.

That's a great deal. I got 185/60 for mine, as tirerack had it as an alternative size and I heard taller narrow tires are better in the snow. So I opted out of the 195/55 set up they advertise on 15s.

But I would have been nice to have a machine to that all for me. Ha.

Haha I know! I thought the computer setup they had that would calculate all that for you is so cool! I don't normally have to deal with snow around here, they get the streets clear pretty quickly. It's the ice that would do me in lol.

And good to hear about the being able to buy cheaper tires. Makes me feel even better for only spending $70 on my General Artics.

I could have save more if I didn't go with an alloy wheel, but I had steelies last year and just wanted a change. They were on sale on TireRack as well so I though why the hell not.
