Headlight to bumper gap

Passenger side headlight has a pretty annoying alignment issue with the from bumper compared to the driver side, which is flush. I moved the headlight forward as much as it would go but it's still not flush. Another ford manufacturing gap-issue? Or is this fixable? The bumper is so flimsy, you can see on the third pic I push it in slightly with my fist and it looks aligned, can I get it to stay that way or is this something common and should pretty much just be disregarded?

Both front and rear bumpers on mine are gapped and on one side, misaligned. It's an econobox. It is what is. As long as she keeps driving right, I ignore it.

If it really drives you nuts, pull the bumper and try to realign. There's a couple of good instructional videos on YouTube.

Yeah I'm over it lol. Agreed, the satisfaction I receive when punching it entering the freeway on my way to work every morning is enough to clear my mind of any issues... I'm good!

Same here. Passenger side is perfect, drivers side.....well....it's a 25K Fiesta. I just ignore it.

I had that issue after reinstalling my bumper from an FMIC swap. I don't remember exactly but either my headlight or bumper seated correctly.
