How competitive can a Fiesta ST become w/ Cobb Power?

I am looking at a few Fiesta STs, 2016-2019. I was wondering how much can a Cobb stage 1 and 2 setups can make the ST be able to compete with a 2010 Boxter on the road course? How much HP and Torque can stage 1 add, stage 2 add? Ger.

I was hopping that adding more power to the ST would even out the playing field with a manual 2010 base boxter.

A 91 octane tuned ST is probably laying down 200whp and like 230tq.

And plenty of wheelspin.
