How to make my exhaust less obnoxious

So I made the mistake of purchasing the MRT Catback exhaust system, don't get me wrong it's a great exhaust but it's a little too obnoxious for me. I'm looking for something more quiet is there any recommendations of something cheaper than just buying a new exhaust? Looking to get the Cobb Turbo back set up eventually but are there cheaper alternatives for right now?

Something like magnaflow would probably be a better choice. Never heard in person but it seems quieter on videos

Mrt is just straight piped right? Could buy a 2.5" muffler and have someone weld it in.

I think it's one of those things where I'm too specific on my exhaust tone, it will either be too loud with this one or too quiet with the next one but for now at least people hear me coming
