I don't want emails!

How do I turn off email notification? My inbox fills up every day. I thought I had in my control panel, but they dont stop!

Every time you post in a thread you are automatically subscribed to that thread.
You can change these settings in your User CP.
You can also delete current subscriptions or change the frequency that they are delivered to you.

Yea. I changed that setting to never email. But I still get the email.

Did you also uncheck all that you are currently subscribed to.
