Intercooler accessibility

Might seem like a silly question I just don't have my car at work today to look underneath but can anyone tell me if the hot and cold side pipes can be removed and replaced without removing the front bumper. Thanks!

Let me qualify this a little, yes they can, there are 2 blind hose clamps, one on either side of the intercooler. It's more tedious but it can be done.
