Intercooler opinion

So i found an intercooler for dirt cheap but not sure if its worth it. The one i found is tube & fin with a core size 27x7x2.5. Its only $60..... Im not looking to go big turbo or anything with this car, most ill go is a stage 3 tune in the future. Opinions?
