Are there any company's that offer replacement carpet for the Fiestas?

Not sure on your answer for new, but you may be able to pull some out of a crashed Fiesta at a junkyard (I would assume any Fiesta hatch will do)

I was kind of thinking the same thing. I would like to find a new piece tho.
