wheels, tires, alignment, etc are all static (even dynamic toe changes aren't intermittent). if you're getting this intermittently, it isn't any of those.
Look at your EPAS. or electronic inputs to the EPAS from the ECU or other systems. proper logging from forscan would be my first, second, and third step to troubleshoot.
