Is the octane academy still free for new 2015 fiesta st owners?

Just took delivery of a 2015 Fiesta ST. Is the Octane Academy still free? I was told nothing by my dealer.

Free is relative. If you do not live in SLC, then there is transport to SLC (flying in for most folks, although a road trip is not out of the question for the hardy), accommodations, food, and transport around the area (if you fly in). But I'm in. Heading down there in late April.
