Kiwi Wi-Fi (Apple based)?

I own a Kiwi Wi-Fi OBD 2 plug in device which talks to Apple products.

Is there ANY way to get this to work with the Sync system to show the PIDs reported from the various sensors on the center screen??

I was using it with an older iPod 4 and the Dash Command app for my (MUCH older) last car.

Your pretty much stuck sticking with dash command and your iPhone/iPod. I stick my iPhone on my steering column covering my fuel gauge when not using my AP to monitor water temp, timing advance and boost/vacuum.

Does Dash Command show oil temp, and pressure for these cars?

Unfortunately no. It doesn't show as one of the available PIDs. Even if you enable it from the "all available PIDs" menu, it won't display any info. I don't even think its available if you purchase the Ford Monitor Expansion. Oil Temp is available on the Access Port, though.
