Got mine 10,000 miles ago 2016. Coming from a 09 civic si. Oil life is really confusing however oil changes are super easy. Love the paint and drive. Really fun! Looking for opinions on autocross. Can't decide if I should get a set of rims and tires for the FiST or just spend the money on a beater Miata? Any how the FiST is sweet first turbo car ever any advice for maintenance? My mechanic said do a oil catch can and switch to synthetic? I definitely trust him what do you guys think? Thanks

Congrats!! The Blended synthetic stuff is almost impossible to find anyway. Go synthetic we all do. It handles the extra heat of the turbo setup much better. The catch can is up to you and how you drive. I have one and it filters out about 2 tablespoon every 5000miles (oil change interval). There are quite a few many are plug and play so you can revert should you choose to.

Maybe where is your shop? I play Foo's ball in Norwood at Montys somewhat frequently. I'm pretty close to that area. Small world. Thanks for the welcoming.

Up until a month ago, I worked in Norwood, came out to God land on the east side recently. I'm sure SpooledUpST appreciates not having blue and reds (albeit friendly) behind him all the time now LOL. If you haven't already, go on Facebook and look up St Nation Cincinnati. There have been more and more Fiestas coming around now.
