Kumho Ecstsa 4x II

My previous Michelin pilot sport A/S's wore out last winter so I had to get new tires to pass inspections. I was in a bit of a time crunch and Pep Boys had a good price on the Kumho Ecstsa 4X II.

After about 1,000 miles....
-light snow performance was good
-wet traction very good
-great grip on dry
-these tires are noisy though. Like a lot noisy. almost as loud as my worn down pilot A/S

I know this is an ultra high performance tires vs. the Michelin's high performance so maybe that explains the noise

haven't seen too many reviews for them here so I thought I'd share.

My BFG Sport Comp 2 A/S are also loud as hell. It’s a common complaint with the UHP A/S class of tire. Worth it for the grip and decent treadwear though, in my opinion.

The Kumho's are a great tire for the money imo. I'm on there summer performance tire love them!
