LH mirror fold and adjust inoperative

LH mirror fold and adjust inoperative. At first looks like a fuse popped but fuse 14 (30A) behind glove box also feeds LH front power windows and they are OK. So anybody got any ideas that I should pursue? Thanks in advance.
