Low power

I just bought a 2014 st and it started to skip and pick up rpms slowly. I changed oil and plugs and it was good for about a day. Now it is getting slow again and under a load it is very slow to pick up rpms and makes a loud growling noise kinda like the old throttle bodies did when you took the air cleaner off and gave it full throttle. I know it needs o2 sensors and has a cold air intake . I have no leaks at any clamps and it doesnt seem to smell like cat is plugged. Every once and. A while i can hear it flutter through the waste gate and pick back up . Been chasing for a few weeks and I can't figure it out I know a bit about cars but nothing about a turbo car . Any ideas would be appreciated.

Just 02 sensors. I'm not saying that couldn't be the issue but I've never had a car act like this for an o2 sensors bad it almost sounds like it's pushing air back through the cold air intake. It doesn't smell or anything and I don't see the exhaust getting red but I was also wondering if cat wasn't plugging up and forcing the air back out that way because it can't push it out the exhaust at a high volume
