My highest octane is 90. What are my options?

So living in Alaska, our highest octane is 90. Is Stage 0 OTS my only option? Can I run a 91 tune or will that do damage? Thanks guys

As far as OTS tunes, I'm not too sure. I would just get a pro tune on 90 octane. You will still notice a difference, be it not as much as 93 octane. But that's just my opinion.
