Need help asap

Clutch pedal dropped to floor after going out. It’s still at the shop mechanic doesn’t know the issue. Replaced the flywheel whole clutch assemp slave cylinder and clutch master cylinder and the. 10 minutes into the drive the slave cylinder broke the same way the first one did. Not sure what’s going on ordered another praying just a faulty slave cylinder
