Hello hello! Just picked up a 2017 Fiesta ST last week. Had tint installed today (50% front/35% rear), and I'll try and grab some pics tomorrow after work. I'm seriously in love with this thing...so much fun to drive! I drove a friend's in AZ this winter and I just couldn't get it out of my head. 
I've updated all the interior bulbs to LED, along with the brake, reverse, and turn signals. Added a Proclip mount, ran the wire into the dash below the vent. Upgraded Sync 3 to version 3.0. Aside from the tint, that's all I've done to her at this point.
