Heya.[wave]

Just picked up my my Green ST from the dealer this afternoon and I couldn't be happier. It's getting pretty hard to find these things in Washington state, but luckily I found a dealer that was able to trade for mine so I didn't have to make a long drive down south to collect it. :D

No plans with it for now, just a nice peppy DD. I have a long history of daily driving my project cars (Turbo miata, 1g DSM, Turbo S5 RX7, 944S) and I just want something I don't have to worry about for a few years and that isn't as old or older than I am! I have my XR4TI project sitting in the driveway if I get an itch :).

Instead of boring you with a picture of a stock ST, instead, here is a picture of a turbocharger that could quite literally suck in a small child and my cat, looking alarmed and wearing a festive hat.

Welcome to the forum, may I ask what is that turbocharger turbocharging?

I will be in Seattle next week... It is a really pretty city!

Welcome! I'm just down in Auburn. I know there are a couple in the Puget Sound area but I've yet to see another on the road :)

Thanks for the welcome guys :)

That turbo is on a massive Wartsila diesel engine powering a 300ft catcher processor fishing vessel.
For reference, here is an exhaust valve from that same motor:

(I later turned it into a desk lamp ;) )

Nice! I've seen a few up my way, but they're infrequent. You may see mine out and about in that area, I have a few friends that live in Auburn/Kent/Renton area that I visit fairly frequently.
