Last night I ordered a Cobb AP V3, Whoosh RMM (Street Spec), and a K&N Replacement Air Filter from Ron at Whoosh. this will be the start of my performance/tuning journey. Once received I will run an OTS for a bit, then get a 91 pump tune from Dizzy. I am really excited about this order and cannot wait to see how the car feels after install. [lovest] I believe after this I will be looking into getting some lowering springs. Leaning towards Eibach but not too sure at the moment.

Sounds like a solid path you are on. Good luck with the build.

-Edit-
You might want to think about staying on the OTS tune until you get an intercooler. This way you get the most bang for your buck out of a custom tune.

thanks for the advice! I was thinking of a Whoosh V1 Intercooler later on this year, maybe closer to summer. I don't think I will be doing a big turbo anytime soon. just want to max out the stock one. so I can have some more fun!

lets say I do go with Dizzy right away. would I have to get a new tune anytime I add new parts?

Only if the part is something extremely major, like an upgraded Turbo or something. Little mods should be fine, especially if you only get a canned tune and not a custom.

I will update to see what tune I run when the AP is received. I'm really stoked! I have loved the car in stock form but can't wait to get the mods going. thanks for everyone's help!

I was just looking at the website... does it have to be that brand? I've seen others use NGK I believe. I wonder if there is any major differences.

I don't think it HAS to be, but I believe those are probably the best. You can buy them pregapped to your spec from @ron@whoosh!
thanks, i will look into that when I get the tune from Dizzy. I guess for now when i get the AP i'll run the OTS, even though i know Typhoon says go straight for Dizzy.

I ran the OTS for two days before I got my dizzytune. You can definetly notice the difference from stock, but Dizzy is miles apart. Not too big of a deal for a short time I imagine.

yeah i am sure the Dizzy Tune is way better and am looking forward to it, but after buying these few parts. i need a bit more money for the one step colder spark plugs and the tune. hopefully i only run the OTS for a week or two. We will see soon. Patiently waiting for the parts to ship
