What's the story? Purchased for investment? Owner died and it sat? Owner hated it and never drove it?

Excerpts from previous owner:
(The car was purchased and used for Audio testing through Harman(Samsung).
(My place of employment and the 1st owner). We tested the speakers and the radio to compare our own technology. Then the car sat and was occasionally driven around town. The car legally had to go through the auction and couldn’t be sold straight to me.
All cars get wrapped to protect the paint and for company advertising and write offs.
I have personally put 2300 miles on it and have had no issues. Its like it came off the show room floor. Car still smells new.
Only reason I’m selling is because I’ve realized I do not need two fiesta STS.)

I own a 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart Sportback with about 62,000 miles (my daily)
Planning some minor body work and sound insulation on my Ralliart
My wife's 2019 Cadillac XT4 was having sensor issues
Needed a back up since she drives my son to work
