Hey dudes,

simple question: how often (in km) do i have to change oil in my 2013 fiesta st?

I changed oil 7000km ago at the ford dealer to ford castrol magnatec prof 5W20 (ecoboost).

Additional info: my car was mapped to 213hp (don't know if it makes any diffrence).

I would be thankful for any information :)

My interval by Ford is every 5000 miles as per factory recommendations. So it gets done every 5k....period. 5w20 magnatec is a full Synthetic oil so no quibs or quarrels about going 5k on an oil change.

Waiting for the 10k miles to switch to synthetic

Then I'm going for Rotella 5-40 like I use in all my cars. It'll get changed at 5k or less. Then also before and after track days

The Myth of waiting till 10 k to switch to synthetic . It's factory fill on many cars .
C'mon quisp....you know you can't just change to synthetic oil into any car.....it will ruin the engine.
