Takeoff Assist Retard is applicable. Did you check the table loop for that?
You can also turn that off in Accesstuner. That might be the first thing to do to see if it really is that. Are you actually seeing timing retard from it?

I'll have to look again, but timing isn't completely going away. Feels like spark blow out. But my plugs are gapped at like 26-28, and I'm running much lower boost now ( 25.5psi tapper to 21psi ).
Log the things I mentioned and you should be able to see what is going on. Also turn off the takeoff assist via AP and see if that really is doing something.
