So I want to paint a strip around my front grill. Sort of like Aston Martin race cars, like the picture below.

What would be the best way to do this that I could change back if I wanted too? I was thinking of going to a wrapping place to see if they could make me a little vinyl cutout or something. I don't know if I need to do this, I just kinda want too, and I want the ability to remove it if I want. Any help would be appreciated!

This is what I'd do....id go get some good automotive paint tape and then buy some peelable paint made by like duplicolor at the local Autozone....napa....or Oreillys. Tape off the surrounding area and go to town. Good luck...take some pics if you do it.

two choices.

1- Platidip (lots of work to make the area clean and the lines crisp

2- vinyl. Less messy maybe more effort. Contact a local shop that deals with vinyl they should be able to give you a quick cost. (I suspect less than 100).

The thin outline reminds me of a mk2 16v gti

Which is awesome.
