Pandora HELP!!

I have a 2014 Fiesta ST that i have never done a SYNC upgrade on this car. (not sure if i should).
I am not able to play pandora through my car. Can anyone help?

I've never tried pandora but I do use my iPhone for all my music needs through both USB and Bluetooth.

I have a 2014 and use Pandora all the time via my iPhone. My Sync is the latest version, but it also worked before the upgrade. All I've ever done is select Bluetooth as the source and make sure Pandora is playing on the phone. Where are you finding a problem?
