I guess you missed the thread last fall on whether aftermarket coil packs make any difference.

I'm betting is does NOT....since, roughly speaking, a spark is a spark is a spark. Did it ignite the fuel/air? Yes. Job done. The reason to get them on the Volvo was the OE's failed frequently. I had two go in two years. I got mine from IPD.

Well I was in the market for a couple spare coils and just came across it. Way to expensive anyways, I could get a full set of wheel for what they are charging.

That is the best way to explain that one. Wheels over ignition coils any day. The OE's at Tasca are $51.72. $27 brand X to $44 motocraft at rock auto. Time for you to hit up a salvage yard and get a full spare set?

Worth the money if they solve your misfires and are actually better in every respect to the OE pieces imo.
