Please help

My factory stereo in my 2014 fiesta ST is acting strange. I can't play any music or use my hands free, but I can hear notifications. I can kind of get music to play if I put in a cd or take one out

Update: I pulled fuse 7 in the glove box which fixed the issue until I turned the car off and back on

Did you try resetting it?
Unplug the ground/negative on the battery and wait about 30 sec to a minute before putting it back on

Firmware update? Go to the Ford owners page and check if you have the latest sync version.

Will definitely check into the firmware to make sure that isn't what caused it to start with
