Digging up an old thread, but I figured it would be worth it for the info if the person that bought it ever comes here:

A note on the damage if you're wondering: it doesn't look that bad because it's extensive. There's no body panel on the rear of the car that hasn't been pushed in. The hatch wouldn't close right, and there was some possibility that the rear subframe was out of alignment because of it.
