Purchased used accessport and trying to understand loaded tunes

Hello,
I purchased an access port a while back off Facebook and I’m trying to understand what tunes are on it, I believe they are mostly the Cobb std tunes but there are 4 others that look to be differently labeled. I’m not sure if these would work in my fist.
Any help would be appreciated.

The E30 on the tune name file probably means its a custom E30 ethanol/gasoline mix tune.

If you dont run the proper mix of gas and ethanol, engine damage can result.

The other tunes that are shown on your screen appear to be from dizzy. If you contact Jason he can probably tell you their exact applicability. To me, those appear to be OTS 93 and E30 tunes, both with and without deceleration pops.
