Question on mounting 245mm among other things

Ok, I'm pretty new to the whole Fiesta mod world and don't know where to start. I'm looking at mounting 245/35-17 all around. My questions are:

---- is there anything that I need to buy/adjust/modify on the Fiesta in order to mount these tires

---- what are some good sites to buy 4 lug rims from? Anyway i can bypass the 4 lug?

---- do I need to buy bolt on fenders (is there anything like that I can buy?) Or do I have to do something else to extend the Fenders?

--- I'm sure I have more questions that I can't think of right now but I'll start off with these.

M2Motoring or fifteen 52 (I think?) Both have the fender options you will need. As for wheel offset, not sure. 4 lug options are limited. Tirerack or TeamDynamics for wheels are your best bet. Hope it helps!
