So i installed rear brakes(pads) && rotors today, && my pedal seems a bit spongy. When i pull up my ebrake, my wheels don't even lock up anymore, you guys have any suggestions to fix this problem?

Did you lube the caliper pins? Notoriously bad on the rear of this car.

When I did rear brakes, I wound back the pistons and did not align the X in them correctly and so they ended up pressing on the small knob at the bottom of the pad rather than on the whole pad evenly. Once I fixed that (and thankfully did not drive too much beforehand), pedal feel became much firmer.

as far as aligning the x, could you explain a little more?

The two grooves on the piston that make an X pattern have to be aligned so that one of those grooves is vertical, so kind of like -|-

This way the dimple on the bottom of inner brake pad falls into the groove and the rest of the piston makes clean flat contact with the pad surface

The rear caliper piston has slots on its face that form an X.
The pads have a small pin on back of the inboard pad.
The pin on the pad must set within the slot on the piston.

@foodtruck, you beat me to it :)
