Soft pedal feel

So I just replaced my clutch with the spec clutch kit since the original is slipping. Served me well for 238k. So after long ours of putting everything back together bleed the clutch cylinder with a pneumatic bleeder made sure there’s no air in the line I did not even disconnect the clutch line when i removed the tranny but I still bleed it.so long story short I’m super sup I’m about to test drive. Lo and behold my clutch pedal is soft and getting stuck on the floor. Did I miss a procedure or 2? By the way the brake is fine and I don’t see any leak.

I'd reverse bleed it see if it has air in the line.
