SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD - MODS PLEASE DELETE
For Sale: 2014 Ford Fiesta ST. Please read FULL AD before messaging me. This is a nice example of this car, It has 28K miles on the engine, and 141K miles on the dash. The engine was replaced recently and MANY new components were replaced with it. (more on this below). This car has the factory Reccaro seats, and Sync 3 CarPlay compatible infotainment system . The car is a blast to drive! It handles very well and has a very potent powertrain. The car has always been adult owned, and never abused (Never side stepped the clutch or bounced the rev limiter). In fact It has always been fully warmed up before any spirited driving. I have made sure it was always filled with 93 octane gas, and oil changes were always with quality synthetic oil. I have a big fat folder with every recipe since the car was new (Including the original window sticker). Car is registered, insured, and I Just had the NY State inspection done. I have a clean NY title in hand ready to sign over to the new owner.
Pros:
***Low Mile Engine*** I had the original engine replaced with a 27K mile unit out of a 2017 Fiesta ST ($2,600). This was a full engine assembly that included all Block, Head, manifolds, and turbo, and catalytic converter. While the engine was being replace the following NEW OEM Ford parts were replace: Clutch Kit: Clutch, Flywheel, pressure plate, slave cylinder, flywheel bolts ($871) , both O2 sensors($154). The following improvements were also made at this time: All New Vibratrinc / Whoosh Motor mounts ($518). Whoosh Intercooler, Sound Symposer delete, and Cobb Accessport. The engine swap project was performed by Broken Motorsports in NJ - Big shout out to Bill Petro! (Labor was $3,100). I JUST replaced the battery too($152) That adds up to $7,395, Im sure I'm forgetting some things too.
I also upgraded the infotainment system using all factory ford parts. This 2017 system makes the car compatible with Apple CarPlay.
Cons:
Small "click" in front suspension when steering lock to lock in a parking lot, I think it's the CV joints. It doesn’t impact anything, but something to be aware of. Small rust spot on drivers door (see picture).
I love driving this car! It is much more engaging and entertaining than I expected before I had drove an ST . Every time I drive it I have a huge smile. It has been great to me and extremely reliable. I am only selling it because life has been requiring me to drive my truck every day (moving large amounts of tools and equipment). Looking to sell, but would entertain a trade for a Full size F/250/2500 regular cab 4x4 truck. Preference for a 2011+ Gas super duty or an older “International IDI Diesel” F/250 or F350. I would also consider trades for a diesel powered downeast boat. Let me know what you have, worst I can say is no. Car is located on City Island, NY (10464 zip code) PRICE: $7,500 (cash - paper currency).
