Can tow stuff, or haul your bikes, carry sweet track day tires etc. Little rusty but still very trusty. Was on the car when I bought it. Didn't have trailer wiring wiring so I am sure it was used as a bike rack. All the hardware is with it. No idea if it fits right with your sweet exhaust as mine is stock.
