The majority of this forum is from the USA, we never got the ST150 unfortunately. I'm unsure how much help we will be.

What version 2.0 engine does the ST150 have? If its the newer duratec, a Focus 2.0 ecoboost might be a bolt in.

2.0 Duratec, probably the same one that was in our older Focus / mid 2000s Ford / Mazda cars.

There are a lot of mods available for that engine in the UK. Why don't you try a cam and some other mods to see if it sates your need for speed? It's generally not a good idea to turbo an engine that isn't designed and built to handle it.
