Stock audio info needed.

What size are our front and back door speakers? (I assume 6.5) What depth do we have to work with? What rms does the stock audio system provide.

Going to upgrade the door speakers want to make sure I don't get something I need an amp to drive.

6.5" is correct. I believe 6.75" will also work. Plenty of depth if you cut the factory speaker out and use it's housing to mount the new one to. Factory wattage is 25 I believe.
