Stock OEM Springs

I'm looking to put a set of stock front springs on a pair of Bilstein B6's and assemble everything before installing on my 2014 ST. Apparently part C1BZ-5310-S is out of stock nation wide, and isn't even on backorder! Is there an alternative part number? Anyone else run into this? Easy answer is to just swap the struts I suppose.

Look for a used set, I am sure there are plenty out there.
