Strange Exhaust Noise

Hi
I have a Catless Downpipe, Resonator Delete, and Swapped my Rear muffler with a Vibrant 1140 and welded some Redback Twintips on the end.

Sounds so good. Deep and agressive, pops and gurgles.
BUT,
whenever i give it alot of gas or in around 3-4k , i get a odd oosh, almost whistle noise but not high pitched. I went back to my guy and he said next week he will go over the welds and double up and check em as thinks maybe not on idle, but under that much boost there could be the slightest of leaks that would cause it.
I dunno, u guys think thats probaly it?
I was even starting to think it might be the single to dual tip that was welded on. But hes done heaps on big family cars etc, but not turbo fists.
Guess well find out.

Its weird because my friend has the exhaust same setup and his is perfect, only difference is he has single tip now (which i prefer twin WAY more) and he loves in America, not Australia haha

Exhaust leaks will whistle sometimes.

So even tho its only when on accerlarting a certain way, 3/4 throttle. It still could be a leak? Hope so. I dont want to take it off, but if cant resolve it, ill be going back to just catless dp and res. Delete with stock rear muffler again

I did duct tape the area i think i may leak from, but sound didnt change.
Guess il find iut next week. Hate waiting, shops "busy" til then
