Hello all,

Long time listener, first time caller here. I bought my FiST this last January, and love it! Mod bug is hitting really hard!

Mods include Whoosh FMIC, Cobb RMM, Silicone induction hose.. to name a few.

Anyways, I am looking to get a tune from Stratified. One of the Maps I plan for being a E30.

However, Thornton's and Racetrac are the only E85 dealers in a 100 mile radius. My car runs rough with Racetrac 93 octane on my Cobb 93 OTS map. I only feed her Shell gas now.

Will cheap E85 mixed with cheap 93 from Thornton's affect the ride?

I don't bother with top tier. I use racetrac to mix my e30. Been doing it for years.

Just test the E85 at your closest location and change how much you fill accordingly. Cobb OTS maps are kinda meh anyways so hopefully the roughness will go away.

To add to this, any tuner worth his salt should be able to make a flex fuel map when you can't get a reliable ethanol percentage.... I know stratified offers it and so does adam from tune+.
