Turn signals no sound

Just got the car back after over 3 months from a hit and run while it was parked in the street. So far everything seems ok, drove it 8 hours home without any issues. Only thing is the turn signals don’t click now. They work fine just no sound, anyone run into this before?

The clicking sound came back today! So strange. But i was also graced with the passenger side blend door clicking sound. The car must have decided i needed all the clicking sounds it could give me LOL.
