Weird hot spot in cylinder head

Hi everyone,
Got a question so I used a camera to look inside of the combustion chamber in my fiesta and got a small concern in cylinder 4. Dose anyone know what this could be? I looked around and everything seems fine except that spot.

What was the reason for the borecam inspection?
All the spark plugs intact? Looks like something physically hit or detonated against that spot.

I was just checking for fun, wanted to do a compression test, all is good, had 13-12.5 Bar in all cylinders. all spark plugs are healthy its just this one spot thats weird. looks like a detonation spot.

Or an arc spot. like the spark plug is arcing to that area. can you tell if it looks melted or not?

Looks polished or minimal melted spot but I use one step colder plugs gapped to 0.65mm.
