Weird noise coming from front

Hi, I have a noise coming from the front of my car.
Happens more often when driving slow and stopping. also happens in gear and also neutral?
Its like a howling noise, doesn't happen when at speed.

2014 ST2, 50k miles

Do you have someone you can ask to sit in the car and press the throttle for you? I would try to pinpoint the general area where the noise is coming from (some engine bay corner, a wheel well, etc), it's hard to say otherwise.
