What is the recommended size front and back , fiesta st line ?

Most recommendations I see are simply "don't". If you do run them, 10mm at the most for the sake of wear on your bearings.

I'll admit I've never looked into the issue with any serious intent though.

I've run 15mm on my 2014 since 2016 and never had a problem.

Same.. I’ve had zero issues and use various spacers from 5mm to 12mm. The odd balls I use are made by these guys https://www.motorsport-tech.com/

Mine are H & R just like my coilovers. Quality is there.
