I did mine at 40k Miles, they really should have been done at 35k, but my dealership didn't let tell me that they were low when I had them do my oil change. I got stoptech/centrict slotted rotors and OEM pads despite the dust and did it myself. No more dealer for me. I might scoop the yellow-stuff from Whoosh now that he has them next time I need rotors
